Job Description

    LOAN ADMINISTRATOR/FUND ACCOUNTANT MIDDLE/BACK OFFICE loan servicing, custody and administration with top-tier fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial/Term loans. In addition to administering loan pools and credit funds, Fund Services provides: Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Duties:-
    • NAV Calculations
    • Clients onboarding Services
    • Accounting and Reporting Services
    • Support monthly, quarterly, annual accounting processes
    • Cash Recon
    • Monitor and/or advise on the valuation process
    • Credit line accounting
    • Trade bookings
    • Contract maintenance and Rollover booking
    • Interest and Fess calculation and booking
    • Providing different reports
    • Cash, Accruals Projections.
    • Pricing and exchange rate updating.
    • Ad-hoc activities
    • Resolving client queries.
    • Corporate Action Processing
    • Position Reconciliation.
    • Simulate & Accounting of NAV.
    • Checking all the reports.
    • Disseminating NAV to the client.
    Other Job functions/Responsibilities
    • Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund and Private Equity clients.
    • Review & sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
    • Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions.
    • Planning, scheduling and managing the daily workflows of all client deliverables within the team
    • Effective monitoring of deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
    • Ensure adherence of applicable best practice policies & client specific agreements.
    • Managing & coordinating the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc
    • Engage & own intra-office migrations and/ or new client on boarding
    • Drive forward continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies while maintaining adequate controls
    Essential SkillsHands-on experience in analysing data in Investment Banking domain- Hedge Funds/PE/Mutual Fund. In depth functional understanding of Hedge Funds/PE/Mutual Fund. Business processes and trade flows. In-depth understanding of loan administrative services and Middle office functions. High level understanding of common Technology platforms used in middle and back office processing. Experience in documenting business requirements, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, traceability matrix etc. Strong understanding of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both internal and external parties. Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach. Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or interventionDesirable SkillsStrong understanding of system engineering concept and basic knowledge of software development procedures. Good exposure with database technologies, application integration, design & architecture. Experience in conducting business process analysis, mapping complex enterprise processes, activities, workflows and identifying gaps between current and future states.
