Job Description

Manager , Service DeliveryWhat you ll achieveAs a Manager 1, Service Delivery, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customer s priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:

  • Lead and manage Remote Professional Services Technical Delivery team members delivering complex Converged & Hyperconverged Solutions. (VxRail, VCF, NSX-T, vRA/vRO, Dell Networking)
  • Manage the hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and engaged workforce
  • Develop and maintain direct customer and broader delivery relationships
  • Implement delivery management process improvements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • People management - Talent retention, career development.

  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree; or 9+ years with a Master s degree; or equivalent experience
  • Deep Technical and hands on understanding and knowledge on Converged & Hyperconverged product portfolio & solutions, Cloud Technologies,
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and should be flexible in working US working hours.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee and implement program deliverables
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and achieve desired customer satisfaction, demonstrated ability to successfully support the management of third-party relationships
