Manager 2, Service DeliveryJoin us as a Manager 2, Service Deliveryon our Remote Professional Services team in Pune, do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Manager 2, Service Delivery you will lead a team of Solution Architects and Deployment Engineers who would cater to the North Americas Data Protection suite business.You will:

  • Lead a Division of North Americas team members to work on deployment and designing of Dell Data Protection Suite and help in achieving high CSAT
  • Partner with Program Management, Resource Management, Enablement, Onshore stakeholders and leadership to ensure high quality of delivery standards are maintained along with process hygiene
  • Resolve high-profile escalations and issues, improve the customer experience, and drive initiatives that increase their likelihood of success on our platform.
  • Develop the vision, goals, priorities, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and work alongside the global team to accomplish them; ensure high-quality customer service and ongoing team technical skill development.
  • You will maintain high ESAT while ensuring growth in business for your division. You would be required to be the SPOC, single face of representation, owner for your division both to your external and internal stakeholders
  • You will be required to collaborate with your direct leadership on meeting compliance asks, business strategies and liaison with peers to deliver on time

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience
  • IT industry experience with proven expertise in Backup products, high level understanding of Infrastructure services, Cloud concepts and latest trends in the IT world
  • Experience in managing teams/ people and guiding, leading them to a goal and delivering resolutions for enterprise customers and Escalation Management
  • Experience managing teams spread across diversified locations
  • Strong operational experience and handling large enterprise customers
  • Outstanding communication skills in both written, verbal communications, business presentation and articulation skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience directing and maximizing the benefits of collaborating with global teams.
  • Experience of performance management
