Representing the site HSE management to ensure effectiveness in implementation. Ensuring adequate and competent resources at sites, Supporting, facilitating and monitoring the safety and Environmental performance of site HSE personnel. Ensuring adequate safety and Environmental documentation at site meeting Company, Customer, Statutory and Regulatory requirements and other requirements to which Company has prescribed. Managing internal audits and effective response. Safety visit at site for Internal Audit regarding the implementation & maintenance of safety system as per the standards. Monitoring compliance to OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 at site. Monitoring the management review and safety committee meetings at site for effectiveness and value adding to the organization. Tracking and supporting sites in closing the safety and Environmental related non conformities. Investigation of Serious accidents in order to determine contributing causes with a view to prevent their re -occurrence. Interact with site management to understand and support the effective HSE management system. Evaluation of site subcontractors for their safety and Environmental performance. Address client s requirement and act on the feedback as and when required. Identify, support, compliance and monitor statutory and regulatory compliance and report to HO on regular intervals ,
