Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forManager HRSS
    • Onboarding activities (Offer letters / Appointment letters) on date of joining itself.
    • Ensuring payroll inputs are given as per attendance records captured within defined timelines.
    • Ensuring employee files / documentation are updated.
    • Exit management including F&F processing happens within the defined SLAs.
    • Ensuring process adherence and compliance.
    • Participation in audit preparation and replies related to HRSS operations in addition to the systems (SAP SF) being used for carrying out work activities.
    • Employee query management
    • Ensuring 100% data accuracy within the system.
    • Vendor evaluation and management related to area of work.
    Pay Structure + C&B Policies -
    • Assessing the organizations pay structure and defining salary components on a need basis
    • Ensuring 100% accuracy in revising salaries when minimum wages changes and issuing employee documentation & communication.
    • Payroll related queries.
    • Ensuring salary register generated is correct and accurate payroll processing happens as per the salary structure.
    • Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
    • Evaluating compensation policies
    • Ensuring that the pay practices comply with state and central laws and regulations
    • Administering the organizations benefit programs (e.g. Gratuity, Retirement plans, insurance policies, leave policy, other defined benefits as per need etc.)
    MIS & Reports
    • Making recommendations based on data analyses to senior management on productivity, cost & resource optimisation etc.
    • Systems enhancement when a better way of working is found out. User testing and closing it out with various stakeholders.
    HR Process Improvements & Projects
    • Employee personnel file digitization.
    Knowledge and Skills Required:
    • Postgraduate (MBA -HR) or equivalent. Additional certification on analytics will have an advantage.
    • Team management
    • Stakeholder Management (including senior leaders)
    • Analytical mind & Problem solving skills
    • Process understanding
    • Effective communicator
    • Knowledge on statutory compliances and labor laws
    • Well versed with Industry and Labor Laws , HR compliances
    • Knowledge of SAP Success factors is desirable and will be preferred.
    Must Have Criteria:Candidates should be managing HR shared Services currently with team management as one of the key skills.Regards,HR Team
