* Duties and Responsibilities - Achieving Targets in various parameter assigned Ensuring speedy legal action Driving executions of Warrant and serving of Summon from all Branch LM & ALM Travelling locations Handling Advocates queries Empaneling Advocates Driving support team to complete the task in TAT Cost Controlling Following process & ensuring genuine MIS & Reports in time Ensuring proper checks and controls and strict audit compliance PP Calculations of Legal Team in time Cost Tracker of Legal Team in time Preparing data and power point presentations Supporting Collections Team by rapid legal support to enable them to improve their collections and rollback Handle legal related customer issues escalations , * Qualification : Degree/MBA Experience : Min 4 Years in Legal Support Function, Good Knowledge in Sec-138, Sec-25 & Arbitration. Also excellent System working knowledge.
