Job Description

    Must have at least minimum 8-10 years experience as in Sales of HVAC, Water Treatment, Air/Pollution Control in Industrial/Manufacturing Segment.Description:Candidates preferred with experience in Sales in the Manufacturing domain (Auto, pharma, plastics, polyfilms, food, process industry etc) from the Following Industries: -Cooling Towers, Capital Equipment, Valves, Pumps, Water Treatment Equipments, Air Treatment Equipments:
    • With a min 05 years of experience in HVAC Industrial sales.
    • Should have experience of managing Sales.
    • Participate and contribute in developing and implementing Strategy for meeting Business Targets for OEM sales.
    • Help develop and implement Strategy to capture new business market/ industries/regions etc
    • Managing business performance of the zones through cross functional sales and support.
    • Consistently Achieve Sales Targets, Payments, New Business and Customer Satisfaction milestones
    • Direct responsibility of building the sales and support team in the zone
    • Attend promotion/sales events and exhibitions.
    Key Deliverables:
    1. Sales Lead Generation through own Contacts Reference and Experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing Sector. 2. Preparation of quotations Proposals and share with client as per their requirements. 3. Pre-sales activities like Site review, Proposal sending, guide customer for right product. 4. Basic knowledge of Heat Load Calculations, Chiller and Condensor (Cooling Tower) Circuit applications. 5. Building positive relationship with customers. 6. Responsible for Targets Completion on weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 7. Technical Sales Experience. 8. MIS reporting Daily, Weekly monthly basis. 9. Closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company. 10. Responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs. 11. Handle the business, and Solve technical problems.
