The Rewards Platform team is in the process of re-platforming our legacy platform into re-usable micro-service architecture with a focus on API driven digital first approach to support the future platform vision while we continually innovate and deliver results for our customers.The group is responsible for driving alignment of business and technology for product development activities focused on building and executing a spectrum of services that support an end to end digitally enabled rewards suite, analytics, user management, promotion scoring engine, administration, customer service, and customer website experience applications. What are we looking for Are you motivated to be a part of bringing a redesigned platform to market on a global scale Do you enjoy working with dynamic, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility role Role tServes as product owner in scrum environment, managing feature backlog and business prioritization for assigned capabilities. tWorks closely with Rewards Product Managers to translate product enhancements to platform capabilities built digital first to support multiple products. tTranslates business requirements and customer experience feedback into features and functions that drive the platform capability roadmap. tCollaborates with other areas (e.g. Legal, Product Management, O&T, etc.) to deliver business requirements and ensure solutions development is aligned with business objectives. tTeams with platform owners to remove redundancy of platform capabilities. tPartners with O&T in the overall delivery of platform services, quality, and stability. tContributes to the strategies, design choices, and execution plans to deliver high-profile new features and capabilities for our customers. tGoverns, prioritizes and monitors feature development and associated defects of assigned platform capabilities while evaluating trade-off decisions between multiple products in the portfolio. tInterfaces with technical development team to translate platform product requirements into technical specifications ensuring mutual understanding and minimizing time to market. tValidates technical delivery and ensure that output complies with definition- of-done and is fit-for-purpose for loyalty products. tDocuments and informs internal stakeholders of the new development features and/or defect fixes as released. tManages escalations, assess the alternative to resolve (path to green), builds a plan for resolution, and delivers.All About You tDemonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy tAbility to communicate accurately and concisely about what the Rewards platform capabilities support in a way that enables products to leverage easily tDetail oriented leadership qualities that build an open and trust-based environment tStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak at both business and technical levels.
