We believe in connecting everyone to endless, priceless possibilities.Job TitleManager, Product Integration GPI supports Regional Customer Delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle of new products, platforms and tools as well as enhancements to existing products, platforms and tools. The role ensures both Product and Delivery readiness prior to the regional customer delivery teams supporting any customer pilots in region. In its role GPI contributes to the customer onboarding approach and defines and documents implementation processes, this is then trained with the regional customer delivery team with additional support provided for the initial customer pilots. In its execution GPI is responsible for ensuring we deliver consistent, repeatable and scalable onboarding journeys to our teams and ensure appropriate tools and automation are incorporated into the overall design.As part of the GPI (Global Product Integration) team within Customer Delivery this role will be working with the MPGS product, working with the global product team in UK and Australia as well as with O&T and other MPGS stakeholders.Responsibilities tBuilds partnerships and engages with Products & Innovation and Operations & Technology to ensure PME approach and methodology is followed, assessing product readiness before hand over to the regional customer delivery teams. tEnsure product design includes features to ensure onboarding processes can be automated or built for scale and repeated tUsing the GPI methodology create the defined artefacts and train the regional teams ensuring they are ready to onboard customers to the new products and services tReview delivery approach and assess pilot implementations, ensure continuous feedback loop into the products and services supported. Act as the voice for GCD in global product conversation, ensure our feedback is communicated effectively to influence the outcome. tWork alongside global cross functional teams, ensuring delivery processes are designed effectively in the end to end flows and ensuring customer journeys are maximised with time and speed tSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance GPI methodologyExperiences tExperience in designing and/or implementing APIs, SDKs and developer facing products tExperience producing and/or managing API and Solution Design Documentation, Process Flow Diagrams, Business process information etc. tExperience leading product or customer implementations; Experience implementing process improvement initiatives tGains technical knowledge and begins to identify technology that will adhere to innovative industry trends and practices and enhance delivery processes for own products tExperience with process design and six sigma tExperience running cross-functional projects tYou are a leader able to create an open and based on trust environment, with strong stakeholder management skillsMastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
