Job Description

    Manager Production Planning Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringB.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineerSalary: As per industry standardExperience: 10-15 yearsRoles and Responsibilities
    • Must know fabrication work, able to handle 50 to 100 peoples & auto cad knowledge, good communication skill, reply to mails, coordination,
    • of Daily Production targets
    • All ERP Related Work as instructed in Training.
    • Proof checking of General Arrangement (GA) drawing.
    • Proof checking of Design in desire limits in terms of weights and quantity.
    • Preparation of details drawing, co-ordination with drafting team
    • Preparation of packing list in pre order, pre quotation, after detailing and before dispatch.
    • Preparation of QAP
    • Preparation of production plan.
    • Allotment of fabrication and machining work by deciding priority level.
    • Design + factory team joint meeting for detail study of fabrication and production plan.
    • Analysis production report and production plan given by factory in charge
    • Preparation of BOQ.
    • Visit factory/vendors shop for inspection of job with client representative.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the companys production process.
    • Lead, develop and mentor the production team.
    • Plan and coordinate production engineering process on daily basis to produce high quality products
    • Preparation of Daily Working Report (DWR) Own.
