Combined with Acquia s powerful products, our product team s contributions have been lauded as one of the best DXPs in the world by both the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant.About the role To help us to build, run and optimize our Marketing Cloud implementation services capabilities from within the Acquia, India COE, we re in search of a Manager, PS to join our Professional Services team in India. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for process, data, and agile delivery in enterprise class platform implementation services and have an innovative mindset to deliver them.As Manager/Sr Manager, P Delivery you will:

• Take complete ownership of the Acquia Marketing Cloud Professional Services projects, internal process improvements, team build-out & expansion, etc.
• Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis
• Take ownership of organizing and managing departmental reporting on an ongoing basis
• Ensure strict adherence to project/launch timelines
• Ensure project/launch visibility to the India and company leadership

• Work closely with the PS leadership and actively participate in its operations and management
• Review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable

• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile Software Development methodology and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for web applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Consultant or Manager, preferably in delivering enterprise software services
• You earned B.Tech or equivalent degree from a tier 1 college (IITs / NITs or IVY league colleges)
• You have an MBA from Tier 1 colleges in India or Abroad (IIM A,B,C,L,/ ISB / XLRI / FMS )
• (Preferable) You have 2-4 years of experience working in a tier 1 consulting company (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney, etc.) OR Worked as a consultant in a Tier 1 IT services provider after your MBA (Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Mindtree etc.) OR Built a successful delivery team in an internet startup
• Any hands-on development/technical knowledge on modern web/mobile development platforms OR Web Content Management systems would be an added advantage.
• (Desired) Has navigated teams through adverse situations, either successfully or unsuccessfully
• Well versed in modern development techniques and automated testing strategies
