Job Description

About the Role:

To plan and implement Food Safety Management and ensuring compliance to various Quality Food Safety Certifications

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee the preparation and upkeep of all the quality- related certification: group standard certification (ISO9001 and FSSC 22000), certification required by customers (ethical/religious, etc.) or local authorities.
  • Guarantee the planning and management of follow ups to group and plant (plant and warehouse) internal audits.
  • Monitor the KPIs and interact on the progress of the action plans with the plant manager and the plant team as well as the Central Departments.
  • Compiles the Management Review.Write the manual and procedures and manage the plant quality documentation.
  • Follow with regard to quality all the outside contractors that have an impact on the plant Quality System for pest control, cleaning, calibration, etc.
  • Write and update the HACCP, using the risk analysis method; coordinate the food safety group.
  • Be responsible for training in food safety, GMP in production, PRPsAct as an auditor.
  • Be responsible for traceability in the factory and coordinate the required simulations.
Who we are looking for:
  • Masters degree or Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of Food Safety Management System and Quality Management System is Must.
  • Should be able to coordinate with cross- functional team for implementation of Quality system and food safety requirements skills
  • Should have knowledge on Documentation and Audits.
