Job Description

What we are looking for:Provide solutions support to sales teams in International geographies.Work closely with teams like Product, Engineering & various cross functional teams to create a required solution to enhance the Tata Comm service offeringMay lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance, and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.Achieve OB & Revenue Target for the team being supportedAble to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational areaCapable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these rolesSelf-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervisionDemonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools, and standards, within the relevant field of specialization. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.Technical Expertise:- Knowledge of various technologies & services Like MPLS, Internet, Ethernet & SDWANConcept of Routing Protocols like Static, BGP, OSPF Network Security products: Firewall, UTM, Proxy, IDS & IPS,Expertise in any of the Technology of Network/Data Centre/Security/Unified CommunicationUnderstanding on Enterprise Architecture including Data Centre, Cloud, Security Landscape & Network (WAN) for the customerKnowledge of Unified Communication if anyCustomer facing Experience in terms of Opportunity understanding, BOQ & Solution proposal Creation experience is preferred.Behavioural Expertise: Highly proficient listener & consultative sales style with the ability to shape customer thinkingExcellent communications skills in verbal, written, and presentation forms at senior levelsAcute attention to detail & organizationEnergetic and creative with an upbeat, positive attitudeA team player who works well with others, who have strong influencing skills, and is creative and entrepreneurialSignificant, proven and demonstrable cellular wireless industry experienceSize and Scope of Role - No. of direct reportsIndividual ContributorMinimum qualification & experience Should have minimum of 4-8 Yrs of experience with 2-3 years of experience in Pre-sales functionExposure towards working in the RFP casesExperience in catering to Enterprise customersEngineering Graduate with MBA is preferred.US ShiftCommunication Skills,
