Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling credit policy and strategy reporting and data analysis for the BFL businesses. Build statistical models to achieve maximum match and catch rate. Work closely with business team to understand their need and provide Analytical solution. Good Knowledge of ML algorithms Regression Logistic Regression KNN SVM decision tress GBM clustering models neural networks etc. Develop ML models to support the generation of business insights and strategy. Experience in Azure Data Lakes Azure data factory and Data Bricks is preferred. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Working on various data sets and tools like Data warehouses/SQL Structured /Semi/Unstructured database Analyze data analysis requests obtained from management to determine operational problems and define data modeling requirements validation of content and problem-solving parameters. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Internal & external stake holder management 6. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Work Experience 3+ years of industrial experience most preferably in BFSI Analytics domain Educational Qualifications Graduation in IT/Computer Science/Statistics/ Mathematics/BE or certifications in data science.
