Konecranes , India has an exciting opportunity to work with our Offer Engineering team. This position will join the team in Baner , Pune on a full time , permanent basis. The Offer Engineering team is responsible for Offer data release as per customers requirements.
Our Pune team is seeking a person to join the Team as a Deputy or Assistant Manager.
Your key role:
1. Understanding customers requirement / ultimate goal and recommending most appropriate (feasible , simplest and most economic) solution to customer. If necessary , provide alternative solution/s.
Conveying product range as per organizational limitations and capabilities. Circulating checklists to branches for necessary inputs to provide appropriate solution Discussion with Engineering team for high value customized solutions during offering phase5. Discussion with Sourcing team for prices of high value non- standard parts during offering phase
Discussion with Manufacturing team for high value non- standard supply material during offering phase Submitting detailed technical solution that is being offered to meet customer requirement Submitting price for the solution (Supply , Transportation and Service) Accompanying branch during customer interactions if required PO review for techno commercial points Attending Project KOM and support order execution as and when required Monitoring SOP adherence Improvement plan execution to increase profitability.Qualification: BE Electrical/ Electronics/ ETC / InstrumentationExperience: 6 - 8 years
Competencies and skills , we expect for this role:
Knowledge of Crane Standard like IS:3177 , IS:41372. Preferred knowledge/ hands on experience in estimation/ design/ offer/ commissioning of steel mill duty cranes
3. Preferred hands on experience in Electrical crane components- sizing , selection like VVVF drives , Motors , cables , Panels , PLC etc
Good Team player and solution- oriented person. Good Knowledge of Excel tool6. Presentation skills
