Job Description

Evolent Health is seeking a security focused Onboarding Administrator to be a member of Evolent Health s IT Infrastructure team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the IT needs of our staff on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, work efficiently, and adapt quickly to the ever - changing priorities that come with supporting a large organization.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Manage tasks relating to employees and contractors joining and exiting the organization
  • Manage the inventory to ensure assets are available to deploy for end users
  • Work to ensure that supplies are available in all regions for computer and telephony teams
  • Maintain documentation of procurement processes
  • Work with vendors to ensure that computer supplies are quoted competitively
  • Work with UPS system and provide tracking numbers / labels to end users
  • Order IT supplies and ensure they are received
  • Process invoices with AP / AR departments

The Experience You ll Need (Required):

  • 3+ years of experience in large scale enterprise and/or hosted environment
  • 2+ years of experience with inventory and vendor management
  • Authoring and modifying documentation related to process
  • Experience with IT infrastructure equipment and supplies
  • Experience with UPS or other shipping companies
  • Security focused

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Background in Healthcare
  • Prior experience in a customer - interfacing role
  • Ability to work with multiple teams in multiple locations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with collaborative team skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace and growing environment
