Job Description

    We have a big requirement for oracle fusion HCM lead consultant.Experience-6 yeras+Location-PuneJD-Highly experienced oracle HCM lead consultant with minimum of 6+ years of experience in the oracle HRMS/HCM domain.Extensive work experience with maximum coverage of various fusionERP cloud HCM modules,including
    • Global HCM ,absence management,onboarding,recruitment,resource help desk.
    • Benefits ,payroll interfaces,workforce directory management,workforce modelling,workforce prediction,work life solution,payroll,cloud,time and labour
    • Learning cloud ,workforce compensation,goal management,performance management,Talent review and succession,career development,digital assistance
    • BPM Approvals and fusion reporting tools like OTBI.
    • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in oracle EBS HRMS implementations or support exposure.
    • Must ave 1 -2 years of experience in Oracle fusion HCM implementations or support exposure.
    • Possess excellent analytical and debugging skills,particularly in a fusion cloud environment,and have knowledge of SQL,PLSQL,ability to create reports in OTBI.
