What You ll Do: Working in Managed service support projects with ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Work with SCM and Manufacturing business process flows Work on support issues in Cloud WMS Modules (Logfire) . Work with global team and teams across locations Conducting/ assisting in initial workshops (CRP) for capturing requirements and confirming solution Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including POC, testing cycles Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/ or process changes Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts Ability to independently write queries to database and get details needed to resolve production support issues Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/ or process changes Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts Functionally designing legacy data conversion approach and solution, including other gaps the solution may haveWhat Youll Bring: 8+ years of experience as Oracle WMS Functional consultant with minimum 2 years of cloud WMS/ Logfire experience Well versed with Oracle modules WMS Experience in providing solutions in Oracle to the client requirement - CR s and enhancements. A Bachelor/ Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science, good to have MFG industry experience for business process. Applicants with Cloud certifications will be preferred Able to write SQL/ PLSQL queries as part of the issues debug and trouble shoot.
