Job Description

The position / About the job: Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Responsible for end to end order execution from the point of Order Booking till Order Invoicing [ Order to Invoice Cycle ] .
  • The position is responsible for scrutinizing an order from techno-commercial aspects before booking the order in the system .
  • During the order execution process he/she would connect with the internal and external stakeholder to identify the bottle necks/ risks and aptly communicate with the stakeholder
  • Ensure the order is commercially clear to provide a go ahead for invocing , facilitate in payment collection . ensure a regular and healthy communication channel with the customer and bear a mindset to offer superior customer satisfaction .
Who you areAs an Order Handling Executive -Pune location (6-month contract) for our Order Management team you Will be responsible for end to end order execution from the point of Order Booking till Order Invoicing (Order to Invoice Cycle) What you can be
  • BE /Diploma in Mechanical /Production /Industrial. Any engineer is ok
  • Must carry 1-2 years of experience in order entry experience in any ERP
  • Must have handled any PO and have an eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
