MVC compliant Development (YII / Code Igniter / Cake PHP / Zend Framework) in at least any one of these frameworks 3. Design simple and intuitive user interfaces creation of examples through wire frames and mock ups 4. Optimization of PHP Code and database queries and functions 5. Client interaction, project management & Handling of PHP Developers in the team 6. Making the website scalable by implementing Cloud framework / DB caching 7. The candidate should be independent, self reliant and highly motivated to learn the new technologies on his(her) own 8. Flexible and result oriented. 9. Strong Interpersonal Skills. 10. Should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail. 11. Creative thinker with the ability to suggest solutions to team.
