Job Description

Educational qualification required BE Civil, ME Construction management OR post-graduate in construction Management

Minimum Experience At least 1-2 years into building construction as a Planning Engineer & Hands-on experience on MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft project & High-rise software

Assisting in Planning, monitoring and coordinating for multiple real estate Commercial projects
Preparation of schedules, Micro Schedule for the execution of work
Preparing status report for the progress of the work
Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report and preparing the planned vs actual
Maintain update Progress of work in comparison with schedule program
Monitoring weekly look- ahead and weekly progress report of the project
Preparing Contract deployment schedule, Material Purchase Schedule and Follow up for the same to meet the Working Program and site requirements
Monitoring construction activities on a periodically basis
Planning & Co-coordinating of construction material, manpower & equipment as per the requirement with Execution Team, Responsible for tracking of the project.
