Job Summary: The role will be expected to work in a positive and collaborative fashion with fellow team members, senior engineering/architect staff, vendors, and customers. The Infra Delivery Specialist will assist with process maturation, development, technical standards creation, and drive operational excellence through consistent delivery and best practices. This role will also include the core fundamentals of day-to-day operations, based off the ITIL v3 methodology. Essential Requirements: Bachelors degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Masters degree with 10+ years of relevant experience Deep knowledge of ISILON, VNX, VMAX, VMAX3, VPLEX, XtremIO, Centara and SRM along with CISCO. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments. Handle On-call is a must Ready to work in night shift on rotation basis Expert certification in relevant technology /product Presentation and negotiating skills. Organizational skills.
