We are looking for a strong Order to Cash and Supply Chain IT Solution Architect & Technical Lead with 8- 12 years of experience in Oracle R12 Oracle Service Contracts, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Install Base, Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Product Data Hub and Trade Compliance. This individual will possess leadership skills to lead high performance teams and technical delivery of the organization.What you will be doing:

  • Provide technical leadership and day-to-day management for a team of software developers.
  • Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined Functional Design Document and Technical Design Document.
  • Work with the Development team onsite/offshore model in reviewing the Technical Design, validating that the development delivers to the design.
  • Create Test Scripts needed to validate the Functional design for a flawless delivery.
  • Leading System Integration testing and IT testing with the cross functional teams to ensure a high-quality delivery.
  • The required candidate should have experience with Oracle EBS R12 Applications as an application solution architect and technical lead.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Applications within an IT department or project setting Modules including Oracle Service Contracts, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Install Base, Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Product Data Hub and Trade Compliance
  • Manages teams and applies proven communication skills; problem-solving skills; and knowledge of best practices to guide teams on issues related to the design; development; deployment and support of mission-critical information, technology solutions.
What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Experienced in Solution Architect/Technical Lead role in Project Implementations, Integrations, developments, Upgrades, Conversions and Support engagements
  • 9-13 years of experience in R12 ERP modules with emphasis on order to cash including Oracle Service Contracts, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Install Base, Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Product Data Hub and Trade Compliance
