Job Summary:Summary: The holder of this position will be member of a scrum team and implement automation tasks (quality assurance, deployment, ;)They will implement a high-level test automation concept created by the automation architect und enable the rest of the team to use it in an agile way.Responsibilities:Implementation and maintenance of an automation concept and design for the DMS software stack Active member of CMCI team, collaboration with data center deployment team Develop and reinforce testing methods, procedures for measuring product quality, and determining release readiness. Enhance, extend, and maintain test automation libraries and frameworks. Mentor junior team members an enhance overall productivity of the team. Design and develop automated unit, functional, regression and performance test programs or scripts based on libraries of reusable test code modules or functions. Actively participate as a scrum team member in all phases of the development process. Perform peer design and code reviews. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. Participate in functional and technical reviewssprint reviews. Effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams located in different geographical locations.Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.QualificationsNumber of Years of Work Experience: 6-8+Required Skills:Experience with agile development methodology (Scrum, TDD) Programming languages: C# .net is must have, C++ Any scripting language experience is good to have Tools: Microsoft Test framework, test management tools (like qTest, Silk Test, SOAP UI) Experience with statistical analysis, creation of reports, tools like MS Excel, Grafana, Prometheus, . Database Knowledge is good to have. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in automation testing on Windows platform have good grip on Microsoft technologies. Excellent technical analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills. Has a reasonable balance between getting the job done vs technical debt. Comfortable being part of a team, especially a geographically dispersed team. Motivated to be a self-starter and individual performer effectively contributing to overall team productivity and collaboration. Excellent English communication skills (written, oral, listening).Preferred Skills:Has worked in a distributed, professional product development organization Experience with continuous software integration and deployment. Experience with product development for the Microsoft Azure platform. Experience with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, MS VSTS (Azure DevOps)Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math or related field. Masters degree is a plus,
