  • 15+ years experience with solid Non Voice Finance Operations background.
  • Is currently working has worked in the past across F A domain (AP, AR GL)
  • Excellent knowledge of GL areas ( Reconciliations, Accruals, Month- end, Quarter end) with fair knowledge of Oracle Systems)
  • Experience in Transitioning F A processes
  • Has worked with clients across Geographies. (EMEA, NA, APAC)
  • Goal oriented with a thought process to synergize with multiple teams drive results
  • Skills to drive best practices across multiple regions with strong Quality Analysis bent of mind
  • Handled large teams (100 - 150 + teams minimum)
  • Excellent presentation communication skills
  • Right Behaviour Skills to drive transformation projects
