      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Demand and Supply Management 2 Coordinate with TFS, Ops and RM team to get resource supply 3 Tracking and Validating all Open RRD under HANA Studio Projects 4 Mapping of Bench resources, New joiners to Open demands and coordinates with Project leads as a part of fitment process to manage demand supply 5 Coordinate with leads, TFS and RM Team to manage critical demands for external hire 6 Update internal HANA Factory Opportunity tracker 7 Leakage of hours correction 8 ASE Absorption tracking
      • Technical Experience : 1 Resource Management and Open demand fulfillment 2 Capacity Planning ie allocating seats to new resource, swapping seats, reallocation of seats and Bay movements through Accenture Capacity Planning tool 3 Managing SharePoint Tool ie creating trackers, document libraries, forms, surveys, discussion forums with common access to every resource etc 4 Generation of Project status report for submission to various key stakeholders 5 Project coordination and documentation of projects in progress
    • Professional Attributes : 1 6 Year professional experience in PMO 2 Good to have : soft skills And communication skills Tools: ABACUS SMART ACP Microsoft word,PPT,excel
