This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Lead projects within the engineering and program management focused on maturing and driving functional excellence through standardization of processes, systems/tools, and people practices. This may include PROLaunch BPS (Business Processes/Services) projects or standard work initiatives.
• You will lead or engage with cross-functional NPI or STP project teams to drive accountability and performance established for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness levels at start of production.
• Individual should be experience in running a software project plan in the agile system. Manages the complex New Software Product Development (NPD) projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments on division
• Individual should be responsible to guide teams from project initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, and closure.
• Influence and secure baseline business case expectations with key stakeholders in the areas of scope, benefit, cost, assumptions, risks/opportunities, key milestones, and alternate implementation scenarios. You will fully understand and articulate business case financials and content.
• You will establish organizational resource plans that clearly articulate the requirements for core team member, work package approver, and decision gate committee member engagement for the project duration.
• You will coach effective cross-functional team dynamics by recognizing individual strengths and weaknesses, providing can-do feedback and mentorship, and building an atmosphere that inspires learning and recognition.
• Individual should be responsible for being a scrum master and run daily priority meetings with the team & Software Suppliers and help team to establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment
• Manage effective customer /supplier communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.
• Incumbent is responsible for driving the development of software in conformance to applicable automotive standards (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262).

QualificationsRequirement:

• 8- 12 years of experience with BE -Computer Science/Electronics and Communications Engineering, with demonstrated experience in technical engineering organization.
• Min 5 years of program management in Automotive industry preferably in transmissions, Engine components & product life cycle experience of these products or related experience
• knowledge in Software Development, ISO-26262, Agile ScrumMaster, Microsoft Business Software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)
• Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).
• Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional levels.
• Developing to fully demonstrating in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
• Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP is must
• Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders
• Good knowledge of the Vehicle industry
