Description : Working under the guidance of a global network of experts with the Senior Manager. S/ he shall be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for literature review, landscape analysis, key expert identification and outreach, conduct of focused technical consultations, and writing meeting briefs and academic papers in the domain of pregnancy care and care at birth. S/ he would lead the synthesis of know- how and experiences using quantitative and/ or qualitative methods, a rigorous search and documentation process of mapping of literature (in areas of pregnancy care and care at birth) from published or recently completed research projects, evaluations and pilot programs, expert consultations, and coordinate the commissioning of reviews of reviews. The work would help in contextualizing new knowledge, technological solutions and approaches that can be integrated into strategies for affordable and equitable access to MNCH in India. It would further contribute to policy development and implementation of innovative MNCH programs in the health system in India, especially at the state level. Additionally, the individual would contribute to ongoing work in the area of health systems and primary health care redesign, and in the creation of a MNCH knowledge library.
