Posting Title: Programming Design HTML5 Architect Location: Pune , India Duration: Full Time Description: Programming Design HTML Architect Job Purpose: A Programming Design HTML Architectis a part of the multimedia programming team and will be responsible for developing technical solutions and managing teams. You will be responsible for designing the architecture / framework , creating technical design document , managing multiple projects involving cross - functional resources , undertakingtheleads review and client communication. You will also be responsible for continual improvement and innovation , which will help the team to be on time , on budget , and on quality. Responsibilities: Ensure performance at all levels of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Define the architecture / framework for the product. Provide technical direction for development , design and systems integration. Review the work involved and follow the testing and production deployment phases. Provide technical training to the team and may continue to coach them as needed. Also ensure that there are technical procedures , documentations , and standard policies put in place , which should be reviewed on a regular basis. Be able to make the right decisions on which solutions to implement if any challenging technical problems arise. Need to make a decision on what is best for the company , whether it may be cost or length of resolution. Research and keep abreast of emerging technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up - to - date solutions , including learning new programming languages or technologies. Provide competitive pricing and multiple solutions for proposals and new requirements. Key Task Assignments for Programming Dept.: Assign each team member specific tasks and oversee their performance. Conduct performance reviews of team members and give them feedback. Participate in conducting interviews and hiring. Assist in building framework and templates library. Involve in knowledge sharing of information. Train and mentor the team members. Qualifications: Anengineering graduate or equivalent and have at least 8 10 years of experience in e - Learning and m - Learning domains. High level of oral and written communication skills. High level of organizational skills. Experience of working with rapid - development tools like: Articulate Storyline , Lectora , Captivate , etc. Solid knowledge about tools and technologies pertaining to e - Learning , m - Learning , Mobile devices , and LMSs. Excellent logical , analytical , trouble shooting , debugging skills and solutions. Strong leadership skills. Strong ability to demonstrate flexibility within problem solving. A conceptual thinker , with good presentation and communication skills. ,
