You will coordinate activities and tasks among the project team members (IT and Operations) and the client to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.Manages project initiation activities, also including translating Business Requirements into Functional Statement of WorkDevelops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules and deliverablesInteracts with application development teams, RTB Operations, client business & change management teams including internal Change delivery teamsIdentifies & coordinates with Functional managers for needed project resourcesAssigns and monitors work of project team providing technical and analytical support and direction. Interfaces with external clients and/or internal cross-functional teams on technical matters as neededManages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as neededConducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvementWhat you bring:Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within IT/ITES service organizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Expertise in Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Prince, PMP, PMI etc.)
• Proven client facing experience, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adept in Project Office Tools like Word, Excel/Pivot, Powerpoint, MPP, Jira, etc

Added bonus if you have:

• Project Management Experience within financial technology industries (Capital Markets)
• Knowledge on Derivatives Instruments and Trade Lifecycle
• Knowledge on FIS Capital Market products like Clearvision/Stream gateway, GMI, Intellimatch/ETD

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent

• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality project documentation
• Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter with team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Innovative Contributor able to identify & suggest & drive improvements with team (locally & globally)
• Must be able to perform under pressure
• Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
• Willing to work in Flexible schedule, as the role is part of a global team
