Previous Work Experience

• 5+ years experience in project management
• Working knowledge in usage and functionality of RPA Software UiPath
• Other relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
• Work experience in FinTech industry, preferred
• Any Process optimization background (LEAN, Six Sigma) is plus

Job Role & Responsibilities:Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

• Monitors and manages projects baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned scope, budget and
• schedule manages variances
• Proactively identify risks and issues on projects leading team to develop risk management and issue management plans
• Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
• Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution
• Develop and manage plans to address project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Ability to balance both the e; science of how to perform project management and the e; art of program/project
• management, which is learned through experience and skill training/application
• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously
• Demonstrate business analytics to manage and meet company and customer needs
• Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• The role will have responsibility to manage RPA, BPM, OCR, Chatbot, AIOps, FinOps etc. related Tech and
• Automation projects which mostly utilize UiPath, Java development teams for internal company projects
• Experience working in a multi-skilled and multi-location environment, creating BRD s, coordinating Change
• Requests and Service Requests.
• Experience of managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large, complex
• projects.
• Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes program/project planning,
• schedule development, scope management and cost management)
• Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
• Extensive experience of delivery that includes optimum use of local/off-shore vendor resources
• Ability to work with highly matrixed, multi-functional organizations
• Experience of working with 3rd party vendors to implement automation projects
• Experience in managing to contract; ensuring vendors perform in accordance with original agreement
• Management skills to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously
• IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
• Mastery knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques
• Working knowledge of market-leading automation tools
• Experience of delivering enterprise-scale automation projects
• Strong team working skills across matrixed internal, vendor and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (include negotiation)
• Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Project manager is expected to act independently to deliver projects to schedule, budget and scope; support
• provided as required and requested, and is self-driven and motivated
• Project manager leads internal/external teams consisting of cross functional, global, and virtual groups; directly
• supervises staff; assigns responsibility to members; monitors progress
• Project manager coaches, mentors and supports less experienced internal/external teams as well as other
• project resources as needed. Assigns responsibility to team members; monitors progress and reports project health on a regular basis

Other Requirements:

• National and international travel may be required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Project Manager must be able to communicate
• Fluently in English both verbally and in writing
