You must be a Diploma/ Graduate/ Post- Graduate from a reputed University.Job Profile & Required Skills Manage design and development projects in all phases of development from Project Initiation to Closure. Cost and Schedule Estimation. Ensure high Client Satisfaction ratings achieved from quarterly surveys. Daily and Weekly communication with the client. Project risk management and mitigation. Lead a team of associates across Instructional Design, Graphic Design and Programmer profiles. Conducting meetings with development teams to analyze project requirements and create plans. Preparing project plan and project execution as per plan to deliver projects on schedule. Delegating tasks to development teams and oversee project health. Maintain daily project status tracker and liaise with operations teams. Creating resource effort estimate and seek approved from client. Providing project updates to clients and managing change requests. Prior experience in E- Learning/ Blended Learning will be a distinct advantage. Hands on experience in any of the Learning Solutions areas viz. Instructional Design, Graphic Design or Programming will be given higher consideration. Key Competencies: Must have outstanding communication skills in English and should be able to lead project calls single- handedly. Should be a good team player and should help your team realize and accomplish their business goals.,
