Project Manager - BusinessPosting Location : Location IN-PunePosting date 18 hours ago(10/1/2021 5:22 AM)Job ID 88603 Workday ID R-012005 Category Project Management Job summary The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Project Manager to join us in Pune, India. In this role you will be a part of a team of customer success managers who operate in a dynamic engagement model catering to enterprise customers. You ll be on a mission to guide customer engagement, onboarding, product adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers are getting value from their Red Hat investment. As a Project Manager, you will take a collaborative approach while managing the operations for the dynamic customer success management (CSM) engagement model. You will be expected to create customer-facing digital content (presentations, webinars, reports, dashboards, etc.) which can be delivered to the customers to enhance their engagement with Red Hat. You ll be closely following the customer s journey through renewals and new subscriptions with Red Hat and help them starting with onboarding. You should be able to identify and advocate optimization and automation opportunities to help scale the business. Primary job responsibilities

  • Closely monitor dashboards and reporting systems to take action and forecast renewals, up sell, and cross sell
  • Take a data driven approach to ensure an enriched onboarding experience for Red Hat customers
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support teams to coordinate and provide the best customer experience
  • Work closely with the customer success managers and Enablement team as a part of one team and help them prioritize actions while supporting them with digital content
  • Identify and advocate for automation, optimization, and process improvement opportunities
Required skills
  • Previous project management or business experience in a customer service or technical support environment within a technology-oriented company or department
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new skills and processes rapidly and coach, mentor, and influence others around you
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and be a change catalyst
  • Ability to create and deliver digital content, like presentations, new letters, webinars as per the customer s requirements
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in process-driven environments as well as in contexts where consultation with colleagues, taking initiative, and making judgement calls is necessary
  • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, third party vendors, and Red Hat associates
  • Expertise in tooling like Google Sheets, Slides, Tableau dashboards, etc.
  • Appreciation of and passion for open source software is a plus
