1. Air intake system parts design & development. 2.Design, Integration & release of Air intake system parts like Air filter, snorkel, Hoses, Plastic duct , pre- Cleaner etc. 3.To design concepts for Air cleaner mountings and integration with chassis. 4 Capable of performing root cause analysis and propose design solution for issue resolution 5. Capable to generate & execute new IMCR idea (cost saving ) for air intake system 6 Co-ordination within team and across CFT 7 Co-ordination with prototype, testing team for the fitment and validation of design concept 8. System level target definition, DFMEA, DVP preparation & achieving the targets. 9. Participation in field visits and benchmark activities. 10. BOM ControllerExperience7-10 yearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive IndustryQualificationsB.E / B. TechGeneral Requirements-Sound knowledge of design & Development complete air Air intake System - Snorkel, Bellow, Air filter, hoses, Intercooler etc -Experience on selection of Air filter and expert in plastic, rubber & sheet metal part design - CAD Experties - CATIA, 2D drawings, GDNT - Shoud have sound knowlege of AIS parts manufacturing - Having good interpersonal skill for interation with Supplier for Air intake system development - Good knowledge of Engine to understand the interface aggregate requirements - Knowledge of Air intake system DVP ,DFMEA and making detailed DVP to capture all failure modes, DVP execution. -Knowledge of CAE, CFD, and NVH software will be added advantageJob Segment: CAD, Drafting, Engineering, Automotive ,
