Bristlecone is part of the $20 billion Mahindra Group.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAnalysis, Design, Development, Testing, Data Modelling, Reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques & Implementation of Business Intelligence applications using QlikSense.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMust be good at Data transformation, the creation of QVD files and set analysis.Manage enterprise scale Qlik environments. Reconfigure as required to suit business needs.Experienced in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik Sense. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices.Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client s requirements.Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.Creating and maintaining technical documentation.Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources like with SAP.Managing activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations.Qlikview / QlikSense server administrator ExperienceQlikSense NPrinting design/development.Manage the expectations and deliverables along with progress updates and identifying risks and challenges on day to day basisGood team player, ability to work in a distributed team environment with people of different skill levels.TECHNICAL EXPERTISE3-8 Years of Experience-ExpertPrimary skills-QlikSecondary skill -Power BI/TableauQUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE3-8 years of Qlik Development experience.SOFT SKILLSExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as writtenPositive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environmentAbility to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive mannerAbility to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative ThinkingInformation Security Responsibilities:Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. Take part in information security training and act while handling information. Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO).
