Hands on knowledge of QC tools such as calipers, micro- meters etc. Ability to read mechanical drawings and blue prints, Loves to work with hands, Not afraid to solder, Keeps working area well organized, Minimum 3 years of experience, Diploma in mechanical engineering. Salary shall be commensurate with experience. Assures product quality and manufacturing accuracy by properly using inspection equipment. Maintains product quality documentation by keeping accurate records and files. Maintains equipment by following manufacturing procedures and process specifications. Reading, interpreting blueprints and geometrical tolerancing. Ensures that equipment conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications. Has knowledge in the use of all types of standard inspection measurement equipment, such as micrometers, dial bore gauges, internal and external thread gauges, use of sine plates and indicators and may perform inspection duties. Contributes to cost- effective operations by troubleshooting equipment and obtaining quotes on new or replacement parts and/ or equipment. Solves problems by working closely with customers and/ or suppliers. Supports internal audits, corrective actions and root cause analysis, AS9102 and Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Fosters positive relationships with internal and external customers.,
