Updating and driving excellent governance and process around all internal and external hiring is a critical element of how _VOIS bring in the best way of reporting to consistently maintain transparency with local & Global stake holdersThe Reporting specialist delivers all the reports for resourcing with detailed analysis and insights of the constantly changing scenarios of resourcing deliveries. The role will also responsible to work in collaboration with local/Global SPOCs of HR systems to automate the reports. The role will ensure maintenance of a central repository of all the versioned reports so that we history is easily retrievable for any quantitative and qualitative analysisKey accountabilities and decision ownership
