Requesting Applicants for Analyst - OTC - Portal Invoicing

Job Description

Timely submission of invoices across various customer portals. Ensures that all requests for uploading and fulfilled within the TAT and no requests roll over to the following month. Rejected invoices - issues are addressed in time and work towards timely resolution. Participate in process improvement projects and support other management directives as prescribed.A. Actions all portal invoicing requests in a timely manner and submits invoices on portal in time. B. Tracks status of rejected invoices and ensures they are resubmitted successfully. C. Checks periodically for each customer in GetPaid/SAP if there are invoices to be uploaded & uploads them. D. Ensures that all requests for uploading and fulfilled within the TAT and no requests roll over to the following month E. Maintains a 48hr TAT to respond for new portal registration requests. F. Attends new portal or existing portal updating trainings as and when scheduled by customers. G. Updates customer master ( SAP & Oracle) for new customers to be added to the Portal invoicing generic mail box to auto receive new invoice notifications whenever new orders are generated. H.Performs other tasks as & when required by the department/team. I. Participates actively in department projects and takes an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives. J. Abides by Robinson-Pattman Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Cannons of Business Credit Ethics, and Eaton Ethics Policy at all times.QualificationsBachelor s Degree Required (Business, Finance, Commerce)3-5 years Business to Business Credit/Collection Experience.Experience utilizing Oracle 11i required, Oracle R12, SAP, GetPaid preferred. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills. Demonstrated Effective Negotiation Skills. Worked independently, decisively and timely. Adapted to change, plans and prioritizes as required.
