Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Own and define customer experience for all Insurance journeys Design and implement customer communications in all forms Review and identify gaps in Insurance processes impacting customer and own fixing of those gaps Continuously transform processes to improve customer experience Monitor and track customer complaints and escalations do RCA for same and fix issue to ensure non-recurrence of complaints Review and contribute in Insurance Product Launch across channels Drive and run company vide AOP / LRP projects under Insurance Create and present various presentations for launch of new ideas (product / channel / partner) Maintain and drive various project trackers Interact with various stakeholders for driving projects ie Partners IT Verticals BIU Communication COE Compliance etc Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduate with 7-8 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Insurance sales / product development. Understanding of entire product development process from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation. Sound understanding of excel and power point.
