We Are Hiring for BPO VOICE PROCESS:

  • Profile -: Associate / Senior Associate (Technical & customer Support)
  • Requirement -: Good Communication Skills
  • Age Criteria -: 18 -35 years
  • Shifts: Rotational

Responsibilities and Duties:-
  • The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be,
  • Handling escalations and complex queries.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls,
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative,
  • Excellent communications skills,
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills,
