He has to examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them. The flaws found in manufacturing have to be rectified immediately. He will be also in charge of packaging these apparels He has to check for the quality of the raw materials and standardize it He has to coordinate with the vendors and Suppliers. He has to take reports from each of them about the working of the department. He has to ensure that all the manufacturing targets are met . The safety procedures have to be implemented by them in the factory . They have to liaise between the management and the workers. Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team ) . Looking after job works (such as printing, embroidery, garment dying etc) and taking decision on selection vendors for job work. Meet with buyer representatives and understand about quality requirements of each buyer. Opportunities : 2 Experience : 2- 8 years Message. . . Mapping of new Franchisees or Dealers through vendor networks and other sources. Identifying new territories and markets. Prepare reports and help senior management in planning and forecasting trades and Markets. The candidate shall be required to deal. Attend expos and exhibitions on behalf of the company also approach to take part in expo. The candidate should be self motivated and creative in developing new markets. Sourcing and recruiting new franchises. Communicating various schemes/ offers to Franchise for enhancing performance. Building Brand value of organization. Experience in making Franchise for the company will be preferred in retail sector. Should be able to make marketing Plan. Should be able to plan, manage, and organize events or expo for franchisee. Should be able to sell and create market for chain stores. Should be able to identify/ approve proper location for store. Should be able to do marketing through various media and channel plans. Should have knowledge about market and should be able to identify needs and demands of the clients. Opportunities : 2 Experience : 4- 10 years Message. . . Motivating and inspiring the retail store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPIs, and build Brand equity. Carrying out market research and Identifying potential markets for new store opening. Use systems and models to capture the performance of each store on a daily basis and understand the reason for non- performance. Take steps to improve the performance of non- performing stores and monitor the progress with Regional Managers. Design systems and processes to monitor the store level expenses and ensure that they are within the defined limits. Review cost expenses of stores and highlight areas of overspend to ensure the same can be controlled. Ensure adherence to system and processes for smooth working of the store operations.
