This is a critical role responsible for development and maintenance of RPA solutions across various applications as part of IT Function based out of Pune. This is a stakeholder facing role catering to multiple business units, and it requires very good business analysis and analytical skills, excellent presentation and communication skills and proven ability of architecting optimum solutions with best practices. This role also demands flexibility in supporting various other functions within Automation COE such as QA automation as needed.Responsibilities:o12 years of overall Automation experience with at least 6 years of solid RPA experience using UiPathoShould have exposure to using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets preferably using PythonoIs expected to own all RPA and QA Automation requirements, do an impact analysis, perform BA validation and demos before delivering to business unitsoShould create and own necessary project documentation such as Project Plans, PDD, SDD, Status Reports and own delivery and maintenanceoMust possess coaching mindset to develop team members in business analysis, technical analysis and in RPA Support/Maintenance to assist this roleoProvide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the UiPath tools (Studio , Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center) to support team members through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle.oMust have extensive experience solving problems around name/address variants in business data, reading structured/unstructured PDFs/Scanned Images using template based, template less or hybrid approaches. Experience with UiPath Document Understanding ML models is must.oShould have effectively managed BOT lifecycle across multiple large scale projects including requirements, development, UAT, Production deployment and maintenance for complex business processesoA self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges showing clear leadership capabilitiesoResponsible for technical design and driving overall RPA strategy with ManageroSystematically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well planned approachoFlexible to work hands-on as well as lead projects using UiPath, Python for RPA and Selenium (Java), HP-UFT, etc. for QA automation if neededoShould be a good people Manager and be able to effectively lead team of 6-8 members to review their work and provide support/technical guidance including RPA best practices and techniquesoIdentify, communicate and implement the technical infrastructure requirements for RPA projectsoDesign automation process solutions following standard design principles and conventions that are well structured, maintainable and easy to understandoAssist the transformation leader to drive adoption of robotic automation solutionsoStrong stakeholder management skillsoPerform process mining workshops to identify new process opportunities, assess feasibility, and accurately estimate development time needed to create a healthy RPA roadmap of high ROI use cases, while maintaining optimum RPA bot efficiency and availabilityoKnowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle CPQ, CRM, Oracle Service Cloud is desirableo Previous experience with AI/ML, Chatbots with a view to integrate with RPA and drive organizational benefits for products/applications/business operations is a BIG plusAt Veritas, we care about the causes close to your heart and enable you to volunteer, donate, and do good.
