Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVES PURPOSE

Job Scope as a member of the IT Hub Operations domain
Contribute to key and strategic projects of WMIS
Perform requirements analysis interacting with various business representatives and other IT teams Propose solutions and improvements
Write detailed functional specifications
Write technical specifications COBOL 400 or RPG 400 Do development and unit testing in COBOL 400 or RPG 400
Prepare technical deliveries and packaging
Provide technical support document to Production teams
Provide warranty support post production implementation
support Adhere to WMIS project governance
Contribute to support activities and level 3 bug fixing Coordinate with the software vendor and follow up issues Applications managed by the team OLYMPIC Papyrus Impressio Intellimatch or RegPro CUSTOMER SUPPLIER RELATIONS
Essential Knowledge Skills Functional knowledge Proficiency Level General banking knowledge Medium 2 years experience
Technical skills Proficiency Level COBOL 400 and RPG 400
Advanced 5 years experience IBM AS400 general knowledge
Advanced 5 years experience SQL ptional Beginner 1 year experience
Other skills Minimum Proficiency Level Communication skills
Good Team player
Good Analytical skills
