  • Internal & External Audit documentation preparation
  • Prepare/validate/review of files used during monthly commissions process
  • Expert point of contact for all queries relating to commissions payments (help desk contact)
  • Prepare error logs and helpdesk query tracker/dashboard
  • Ad hoc compensation analysis as required by business partners (HR, Sales Comp, Finance)
  • Support commission statement reporting improvements and UAT for new plans and reporting
  • Build and support relationships with Finance and Operational business partners
  • Update SOP s, check lists and required working files based on the policy or operational changes
  • Commission Web Page Administration
Qualifications/Skills:
  • University Graduate
  • Previous experience working in analytical role required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience working with Workday, Bookings, OBIEE, and Oracle Incentive Compensation ERP module (preferred)
  • Audit experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
