Job Description

Job description:

  • Handle the Site walk in, provides technical details/information of the unit,
  • takes part in negotiations and close deals
  • Manage all the back office work from booking till sale deed execution
  • Maintain database of clients for cold calling, references
  • Coordination with engineering division site updated status
  • Handle inquiries of the listed properties and provides solution to the customer according to their requirements
  • Follow up with the clients for booking, payments when Required
  • Prepare weekly, monthly reports and present it to the management
  • Coordinate with vendors to execute promotional tasks advertisement, hoardings, exhibitions
  • Any additional responsibilities given by management or organization should be completed timely.
