The GTM Operations Centre of Excellence mission is to ensure that our Business Processes are reviewed on a regular basis, efficient, optimized, easy to understand and provide benefits across the organization.We are looking for an individual that is passionate about customer service and keen in continuous improvement, therefore making a difference to our internal stakeholder experience. Candidates should be highly dynamic, meticulous with a process driven approach and have exceptional communication skills to build strong partnership and support at all levels of the organisation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the GTM CoE Manager on areas for production gains for the Business Operations Managers (BOMs)Document key processes of BOMs & create a process lifecycle management (creation, approval, distribution, monitoring, improvement)Support operational work like territory changes and quota related activities (creation, changes, deviations, signoffs) etc.Identify opportunities and help standardize work and work deliverables, scale the standards and best practices across regionsAssist in driving consistency in processes implemented within the GTM Sales OrganizationSupport automation initiatives of key processes to increase the amount of time that sellers spend with customers and partnersAbility to participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead multiple disparate effortsDevelop good working cadence with Business Operations Managers and help identify operational areas that you can add value toPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE3-5 years experience in a sales, sales operations or customer service people management role and environment.Experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures.Excellent organisational skills, independent and able to prioritize tasks.Solid financial/analytical background with an operational mindset and data-drivenAbility to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment.Excellent MS Office skills with the ability to understand complex data.Detail-oriented and a believer in the value of a processMust be flexible, self-motivated and team-orientedHighly adaptable and used to working in a change management environmentHas excellent communication skills both verbal and written and used to interaction with people all around the globe in a multi-cultural environmentIntegrates seamless in project teams and takes an active expert roleGood to have:ISO experience would be an advantage.Any programming experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM solutions (eg, Salesforce) would be idealIt is the policy of BMC Software to afford equal opportunity for employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, history of disability, ancestry, citizenship status, political affiliation, religion, gender, transgender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, status as a parent, sexual orientation, veteran status, genetic information or other factors prohibited by law, and to prohibit harassment or retaliation based on any of these factors.
