Sales Operations AnalystPosting Location : LocationIN-PunePosting date21 hours ago(8/30/2021 4:31 AM)Job ID89269Workday IDR-015391Job summaryThe Red Hat Global Business Delivery team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will perform sales operations activities to support Red Hats Executive team. Youll conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance as well as support us on mission-critical initiatives. As a Sales Operations Analyst, youll need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hats operations.Primary job responsibilities

  • Standardize Salesforce.com (SFDC) dashboards and reporting to maximize actionable and informative data
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Perform mass data imports and exports using the API or various import tools
  • Setup and maintain new users
  • Train users on SFDC usage, standard work processes, and best practices
  • Research and recommend new features in SFDC
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and business needs and ensure that priorities are enabled within the Sales team
  • Monitor sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) data
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Complete all deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics and business context reviews, and associated revisions
  • Develop understanding of Red Hats workflows and deep understanding of our policies
Required skills
  • Bachelors degree; equivalent degree at an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of industry experience in data management
  • Ability to understand and transform data to meet customers needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large data while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills; focused on delivering results
  • Experience working with SFDC, as well as transactional reporting and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, is a plus
