      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Implementation and Support experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate module and SAP FI-AA 2 SAP RE-FX configuration and testing in the areas of SAP RE-FX Process 3 Configured the Settings for SAP Flexible Real Estate and Asset in FI-AA 4 Relevant settings for Business Partner in RE 4 Involved and Prepared the RICEFW- Enhancement in REFX 5 Strong Knowledge in IFRS16 and is able to Create proof of concepts with respect to clients requirement
      • Technical Experience : 1 Should be strong in SAP FICO/ S/4HANA FI with experience in SAP RE-FX Real Estate 2 Should have knowledge in different sub functionalities in SAP RE-FX ie Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management, Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Business partner Usage Architectural Views of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition Corporate Real Estate Management 3 Integration with other Modules of SAP like GL, AP/AR
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and Client coordination 2 Good Presentation skill and should be Able to Lead the Team 3 7 years of experience in SAP FI/CO including SAP S/4 HANA Finance and 3 years of implementation experience in SAP RE-FX
      • Educational Qualification : 1Education: CA, CMA, MBA - Finance 2PG MBA, MCom
