Roles and ResponsibilitiesMin 4 end to end implementation Projects in PMS, OM & PAMin 4 end to end Rollout and Support project in PMS, OM & PA Min 1 project hands on experience in HANA Migration Minimum 7 years exp in SAP HCM Talent Management as Functional Consultant Should have done 4 end to end implementation in PMS, PA, OM modules. Excellent hands on experience in integration of R/3 and Poral configuration Excellent hands on experience in various appraisal systems, online learning models configurations Should have Min 3 years of HR domain experience Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP Methodology phases and deliverables Should have experience of S/4 HANA integration with portal Should have hands on experince in S/4 HANA migration Should be technicall strong in SAP HR Module Exposure to S4 HANA migration. This is a mandatory skill for S4 HANA projects Should have Excellent communication and presentation skillsShould have good attitude and learning desireShould have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guidesShould have Good client handling skillsShould be able to manage customer independentlyShould be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India Should have team building and collaborative working skills ,
