      • Technical Experience : f- Understanding of Authorizations i- International Leave j- Postings to finance 2 Excellent understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology 3 L2 and L3 issues resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and client handling skills 2 Good Co-ordination and organizing skills with client business process owners/leads and with the team/cross team members 3 Ability to handle and manage the escalations 4 responsive attitude and Timely crisp status reporting
